Brett and his team are amazing and highly professional. Everyting ran on time. Got a text stating arriving in 20 mins. Steve turned up and got straight to work. It's Covid19 at the moment and he wore his mask and washed his hands before starting. The new unit was installed without complications or delays. Great service from Brett to organise someone over the new year's period. Fantastic service from Simon, who was able to get us up and going with a temporary fix, until he was able to come back a few days later, when he said he would, to finish the job. Overall very happy and would highly recommend.

Outstanding service, highly recommend Brett from Air Elec. My 20yo ducted air con decided to die during the Xmas and New year period and when most trades would have said sorry we’re closed, Brett went out of his way to source parts and arrange the repair on a public holiday!! We installed a Daikin system with 2 zones. Out of the 5 quotes we got, Brett is the only one correctly explained to us why zone controller and additional temperature sensor are needed to properly control the seperate zones. The installation was smooth and done within a day. I recommend Brett and his team to anyone who need AC solutions.

Brett and his team completed a fantastic install of a large split system in a tricky area of our home. No job is too big or small for them to tackle. Extremely reliable and great communication. Looking forward to getting them back to do more aircon installations when we complete our renovations.

Quote: Quoting process was amazing, Brett arrived at our home, inspected our current system that was end of life and really struggling to keep up, he made some recommendations and provided us a quote., he didn't fluff around or try any of the usual "salesman" tricks. He quoted use exactly what we asked for, and even made suggestions to reduce the price of our quote for additions that we didn't need, or would have provided no extra value.Installation Day: Brett and the crew arrived at their agreed upon time, quickly set to work unloading all the supplies out of their truck, got everything ready and into place and performed the installation quickly. Brett and his employees were all very polite and professional and there was little impact to the household while they completed their work.Overall: 10 / 10, very professional workers, nice and friendly, 'old school' tradie service, got to work with no fuss, barely noticed they were there - will definitely continue to use Air Elec for any ongoing AC servicing and issues.

Decided to upgrade my 25 year old central A/C system. Brett reviewed our requirements and proposed a very cost effective solution and discussed all the potential upgrades. He was professional and never pushy. We chose the top of the line unit. His staff were professional prompt and tidy. Installed the complete system in one day (5 people). Our system was up and running by 4pm and they stayed til 7 PM to ensure we were totally comfortable with all the features of the system. We couldn't be happier with our selection of AIRELEC. I rarely give reviews but these guys deserve 6 stars for their service! Happy to recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service - from initial quote inquiry to installation it was basically 2 weeks. Installation was on time as scheduled and the team were clean and professional. Absolute LEGEND of a team! Since contacting Brett directly, the process of installing our 4 zones unit, removing the old one, moving a unit from one room to the other has been seamless. The team was always on time, courteous and clean. We are going through a massive extension and reno and they did their work amazingly well, trekking through different tradies. Definitely recommend them 😀

What a great experience it was dealing with Brett and his team. On time with his quote. Consistent with his communication. Honest with all of his dealings. On time for the installation. Cautious not to disrupt the house where possible. Neat and tidy. His team were pleasant to deal with, professional and even made friends with the dogs.I will not hesitate to recommend Air Elec to anyone. In fact, as soon as I finish this review, I need to turn the A/C off, I'm not used to the place getting so cold so quickly. Thanks guys!

Brett & his team were absolutely amazing! They helped us out with wonderfully powerful split and multi-split systems. We were up and running in 2 days for heating and cooling in 6 rooms, and installed just before the hot summer days started. Incredibly professional service and very knowledgeable. They came highly recommended, and with good reason. I would highly recommend them as well for all your A/C needs.

Well AirElec installed our split AC system in our back room 18 years ago, It still kept my family warm this morning as it has done every winter & cool in summer from it’s installation not knowing that today it was being made redundant, I’d like to thank Brett and the team at AirElec for installing our ducted system in our 4 Bedroom House at Stanhope Gardens today, they did a stunning job. Reliable. VERY reliable.Spoke to Brett in the morning. Came around early afternoon to talk about our needs and look at the work required. Late that afternoon, Brett sent us a quote for each of the 2 options on offer. Both quotes very reasonably priced. I accepted one that night and Brett replied with a start date being the following week.Turned up on time as promised.Brett and his guys, Steve and Jake, were great to deal with.Highly recommended for a hassle free and friendly experience.Thanks Brett. Brett and his team did a great job on a difficult installation:- full replacement of existing system across three floors- sandstone external, which made ducting difficult- solar panels, which made access harderI had spoken to several other companies for quotes, and Air Elec was the only one reliable (returned calls, turned up when they said they would, gave certainty on when the work could be done, completed it on time).Install was in August, 4 months later and there have been no issues whatsoever.Would recommend Air Elec to anyone who asked... cheers.

I have toyed with the idea of Reverse Cycle Ducted air conditioning in our home for many years. In that time I obtained prices, feedback and gained an understanding of what we really needed and how it was to be installed. Brett from Airelec, thank you for coming to the rescue! Your knowledge of air-conditioning requirements, install, up keep, design and maintenance is the best one could ever ask for. Even 5 years after I had my first quote Airelec's price was better than 2 other quotes for the same, if not better, product. Your trades are friendly, polite and even carry wet wipes and a vacuum cleaner. Top notch!!
